The Red Hat Rebels of Powder Springs, Georgia was chartered in Feburary 2005 by a group of friends, that thought that dressing up in red hat and purple would be fun. And we have found that it is! We named ourselves "The Red Hat Rebels", because we are rebelling against being "Super Woman", doing everything we are supposed to do, and following all the rules. Now that our responsibilites are fewer, we felt that it was our turn to have "Recess" again. Go out, laugh, have fun and just be silly. We wecome one and all. The only requirement is that you be at least fifty years old, and wear purple and red to the get togethers. If you are under fifty, you can join, wearing a pink hat and lavender.We enjoy eating lunch out, shopping and anything else that suits our fancy.
